Sallis Ranch Large Animal Rescue, Inc. is a nonprofit  501(c)3 corporation - All contributions are TAX DEDUCTIBLE!

After of years of breeding and training Quarter Horses, we are strongly convicted to help horses that have been neglected, abandoned  or mistreated.  We found there is a high need for equine rescue services and know that with our combined background of equine nutrition, health and training, and business management experience, Sallis Ranch could be the haven that so many horses are in need of.

From our Incorporation date of February 14, 2011, Sallis Ranch Rescue has rescued over 50 horses in 2011.  We have adopted out over 80% of these horses to new loving homes.  We are more dedicated than ever that there is such a need for a Large Animal Rescue - can you help us continue our efforts?  Thanks so much for all the support given so far - we continue to work with the sheriff's department's in our own county and surrounding counties.  We have been able to assist with seizures through both PETA and the HSUS.  Volunteers are welcome - we need ideas and help with fundraisers and simply help with ensuring each horse is given plenty of love and care!
